About this service
BuyCloudAccess.com is an independent marketplace that supplies access to third party cloud platform accounts. We are not an authorised reseller, partner or agent of any cloud provider named on this site, and we do not act on any provider’s behalf.
Your responsibilities
- You will use any account supplied to you for lawful and authorised purposes only.
- You will comply with the terms of service and acceptable use policy of the platform the account belongs to.
- You will comply with all export control, sanctions and other laws that apply to you.
- You will secure the account on receipt, including changing delivered credentials and enabling multi-factor authentication.
- You are responsible for all usage and charges incurred on an account after it is delivered to you.
Delivery
Account details are delivered after payment is confirmed. Where a configuration requires preparation, we will tell you the expected timing. Delivery is made to the contact details supplied at checkout.
Availability and platform changes
Cloud platforms change their own terms, limits, pricing and verification requirements independently of us. We describe configurations as accurately as we can at the time of listing, but we cannot guarantee that a platform will not alter how its accounts behave after delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our refund policy. If something is wrong with an order, contact support first, as most issues can be resolved directly.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, revenue or business interruption arising from your use of a cloud platform.

All provider names, logos and marks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used descriptively to identify the platform an account belongs to and do not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
